The Pali Lookout - Byodo-in Temple Tour
On the journey up to the north shore, your tour guide will stop for a photo opportunity at the Pali Lookout. Mark Twain, a notable American author, and publisher, claimed that Pali Lookout was one of the most beautiful vantage points in the world. This historical location is also where King Kamehameha claimed a major victory during the battle to unify the Hawaiian Islands.
As your guided tour continues, you’ll get to enjoy views of Kailua Beach, famous for its pristine white sand and clear turquoise water.
